Email address and password hash (authentication); company profile and onboarding answers (service delivery); IP address (security / rate-limiting, kept for up to 1 hour).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Account authentication and service delivery — Art. 6(1)(b) (contract performance). Security and abuse prevention (IP rate-limiting) — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).

4. Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Security logs (IP) are automatically purged within 1 hour. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and export your data (Art. 15–20 GDPR). To exercise your rights, contact us at paulchaix83@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France).
